REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
All students are entitled to a 14-day refund period. Student must not have started undertaking their course either in a live online classroom or video lectures.
Circumstances where full refund will be provided to the Learner:
If within one hour of the first session the Learner is not satisfied, then the Learner can terminate the session and should let us know via an email at email@example.com. The full course fees will be refunded to the Learner as Ucash that can be used later for any other course. No questions asked!
The Teacher fails to join the learning session online or show up at the designated date, time and place. In this case full refund will be provided to the Learner. Alternatively, Learner and Teacher have the option to reschedule the session.
The Teacher cancels the learning session at anytime from booking to start of the session
The Learner cancels the session before 3 days in advance of the scheduled date e.g. if the session is scheduled on 28/07/2016 then the learner can cancel the session upto 25/07/2016
Circumstances where full/partial refund will be provided to the Learner:
The Learner has attended the learning session but the learner is not satisfied with the tutoring. In this case Uplatz Team will investigate the matter and will be the final authority to take the final decision.
Circumstances where no refund will be provided to the Learner:
No refund requests from learners will be entertained after 3 business days from the day learning session is completed
If there is a technical fault from either teacher or learner side for online sessions and Uplatz team is not informed via email within 2 days of the scheduled session
Circumstances where the refund amount will be credited in the form of Ucash to the Leaner:
The Learner fails to join the learning session online or show up at the designated date, time and place due to a genuine* reason, In this case the refund amount will be decided by us and will be credited to the Ucash account, a wallet operated by uplatz.com. This amount can be used for scheduling another session with the same or different tutor. The learner and teacher always have the option to reschedule the session.
In cases of dispute, the decision of Uplatz team will be final and binding.
*genuine - The genuineness of the reason will be investigated and determined by Uplatz team.
