Accrued Interest | SAP FICO

Accrued interest in SAP FICO is the form of interest which is supplied in the business transactions during the purchase or sale of interest-bearing securities. There are two options for supplying the accrued interest:

1. The accrued interest is not included in the transaction amount which is also known as Supply Clean Price.

2. The accrued interest is included in the transaction amount which is known as Supply Dirty Price.

The calculation is carried on the Supply Dirty Price and the result of this is then posted on to the acquisition value.
