Forecast and Time-phased Planning in SAP PP

In SAP Production Planning Module, we require two different types of Planning.

1. Forecast Based Planning, which is the planning for future requirements on the previous consumption values. For a Forecast Based Planning in SAP PP, we have to first create a Material Master which is MM01.

2. Time Phased Planning, which is a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) procedure where the materials are planned after a particular time interval.
