Pricing procedure in SAP is used to automatically determine the procedure for the prices based on the combination of sales area, document pricing and customer pricing procedure. If a user wants to determine the pricing procedure, he can either execute the transaction code OVKK, or follow the path as:

Execute T-code SPRO-> Implementation Guide for R/3 Customizing (IMG)->Sales and distribution-> Basic Functions->Pricing->Pricing control->Define and assign pricing procedure->Define pricing procedure determination
