SAP WM & EWM

SAP Warehouse Management is a system for defining and managing warehouse structures in one or several plants for an enterprise. SAP WM can be used for inventory management in randomly organizing and fixing the storage areas. It helps organizations in the processing of all relevant movements and tasks in the warehouse, such as goods receipt, goods issue and movements within the warehouse.

SAP Extended Warehouse Management is used for managing the inventory of the warehouse and supporting the processing of goods movement. It allows companies to control the warehouse inbound and outbound processes.

SAP EWM is nothing but an upgraded version of WM which offers more flexibility in handling complex functions and is extensively used across the distribution and services kind of industries.
