Advanced Python for VFX

The advanced Python for VFX course extends the knowledge gained in the beginner’s course with an emphasis on the technologies currently employed within the visual effects industry.

You will learn object-oriented programming together with GUI creation using the ubiquitous Qt library. The course will also cover advanced programming techniques in Maya and Nuke. Together with training in the Deadline, Shotgun, Arnold and Alembic APIs, you will gain a wide range of sought after skills.

As you progress through the course you will also develop a professional tool using Python, based on real-world requirements encountered in the field.
