SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
SAP WM or Warehouse Management is a module in SAP system which provides flexible and automated support to assist enterprises in processing all goods movements and in maintaining current stock inventories in the warehouse complex. It is fully integrated into the SAP R/3 system and the transactions that are initiated in other SAP components results in corresponding tasks in Warehouse Management activating the actual physical transfer of goods within the warehouse. It allows enterprises in controlling and administering warehouse operations from the time the goods enters the warehouse until they are moved out.
The SAP WM module is fully integrated with other SAP modules such as Inventory Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Supply, Remote Data Processing and Quality Management.
