What is included?
The ITIL Foundation course includes 16 hours of in depth, online, video-based training, revision modules, 2 practice exams and 6 months access to the course.
ITIL Foundation Course Assessment
In order to earn the ITIL Foundation certification you will need to study the ITIL Foundation course from an accredited training provider and then pass the official ITIL Foundation exam. This is an Internationally recognised qualification which is typically awarded by the BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT) or if you opt for our entire ITIL Expert Suite the awarding body will then be EXIN.
